1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and block the date.
The remaining 50% is to be paid before final delivery of images/products.
A shoot is not considered confirmed until advance payment is received.
Dates will be released if confirmation/payment is delayed beyond 48 hours.
2. Scope of Work
The shoot includes:
Photography/videography as discussed.
Basic retouching/editing of selected images.
No raw images/videos will be shared under any circumstance.
Number of deliverables (e.g., 5–10 final images) will be pre-agreed.
Any additional work requested outside the initial scope (e.g., extra photos, advanced retouching, additional hours) will be chargeable.
3. Shoot Duration & Schedule
Collab or limited-scope shoots are restricted to 1 hour, unless otherwise discussed.
Paid shoots will have a pre-defined time window. Exceeding shoot time by more than 15 minutes will incur additional charges.
Delays caused by the client, such as late arrival or unprepared products, will still be counted as billable time.
4. Creative Direction & Edits
Creative direction, poses, frames, and tones will be finalized by the photographer unless discussed prior.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are allowed for final image selection or edits. Additional rounds will be chargeable.
Final color grading and visual aesthetic will be as per the photographer’s brand style unless mood boards are shared in advance.
5. Image Delivery
Edited images/videos will be delivered within 2–4 weeks depending on project complexity.
Express delivery (within 3–5 days) is available for an additional fee.
Deliverables will be provided in high-resolution JPEG/MP4 format via Google Drive/WeTransfer unless specified.
Files will be accessible for 7 days post-delivery. Clients must download and back them up.
6. Product Handling & Logistics
Clients must ensure all products are clean, organized, and ready for shoot.
We offer pick-up and drop services at actual transportation cost if required.
For shiny or complex items like jewelry, rates may vary based on level of detail and required lighting setups.
7. Makeup, Props & Third-Party Costs
Charges for models, makeup artists, stylists, and studio rentals are not included unless specified.
Any special props or setups required must be arranged by the client or will be billed additionally.
We are not responsible for third-party coordination unless contracted.
8. Usage Rights & Copyright
All images/videos are copyrighted to the photographer unless full rights are purchased.
Clients receive usage rights for personal or commercial use as agreed upon.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or use beyond the agreed scope (e.g., billboard, print ads) will attract legal action and penalties.
For influencer or brand content, credit/tagging is expected on social media unless discussed otherwise.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the shoot are non-refundable.
In case of a reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances (rain, health, etc.), the new date must be within 15 days of the original booking.
The photographer reserves the right to cancel bookings with a full refund in rare cases (health emergencies, unavoidable travel).
10. Liability & Legal
The photographer will not be held liable for:
Delay in delivery caused by events outside control (hardware failure, accidents, etc.).
Damaged or missing products during transit if handled by the client or courier.
Client dissatisfaction due to lack of clear communication before the shoot.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from usage of the delivered media.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction will lie in the courts of the photographer’s registered city (e.g., Pune).
11. Add-ons & Customization
Additional images, reels, behind-the-scenes content, thumbnails, or social media cut-downs are available as paid add-ons.
Re-edits or re-shoots due to client-side issues (e.g., wrong product, change of mind, uncommunicated expectations) will be chargeable.
12. Portfolio Usage
The photographer reserves the right to use the photos/videos for their own marketing portfolio, website, social media, and printed materials unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client in writing.
Terms & conditions incase of Collaborations
1. Shoot Duration: Limited to 1 hour with 1 outfit/look unless discussed prior.
2. Edited Deliverables: You will receive 5 to 10 high-quality, edited photos within 2–4 weeks. No RAW/unedited images will be shared.
3. Creative Control: Photographer retains full creative direction and editing style. No re-edits or alternate versions will be provided.
4. Content Usage: Final images can be used for portfolio & social media only. Commercial use is not allowed without prior agreement.
5. Mandatory Credit: All posts must tag @photographersaala and give proper credit when using the photos.
6. No Payment Involved: This is an unpaid collaboration meant for mutual content creation, not for brand promotions or personal business use.
7. Punctuality: Arrive on time and shoot-ready. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit future collaborations.
8. No Extras Included: Styling, makeup, and location permissions are not provided unless discussed. Any costs must be borne by the collaborator.
9. Reel/BTS Content: Short reels may be created and shared at the photographer’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
10. The photographer reserves the final say in shoot concept, editing style, and image selection.
11. The photographer may decline future collaborations based on unprofessional conduct, disrespect, or policy violations.
